Hugging/Kissing/Flirting: Go for it. Not saying she will respond well to it, but sure! (IM me if you have ideas on shipping and stuff. Not saying I'm against it but I wanna see what is going on first :P)
Having sex: At the moment- No.
Fighting/Injury: Yes. She'll expect it at this rate. Just talk to me about any Limb losses/Serious Maiming and such.
Murder: Ask me first. Please, I know the game is all for it but just so I can figure out how badly she'll react.
Mind-reading: Talk with me about this. Because of canon I can't say yes or no unless you talk with me about it first.
Mind-control: Eh...Maybe. Talk with me about it and we'll see.
Marisa is a thief and a very good one at that. She also can copy magic and make it her own after studying it and loads of practice. I know not everyone wants their stuff stolen from them so- Permissions!
(For the magic, she will try and learn it but nothing will come of it if you don't want her to learn it or- Just don't use it on her.)
(I will also try and contact you before I do any stealing, Just in case something Marisa steals will backfire or catch her in the act!)
